Exceptional trauma doctor. The ER missed a critical event related to my son's traumatic leg injury. By coincidence, Dr. Wilkens happened to be there on an unscheduled day, and noticed the critical issue immediately. He swooped in and calmed and comforted my kids during a chaotic situation. Dr. Wilkens is very unprofessional and constantly yells and staff and people he works with. He treats others as if he is smarter and above everyone. I witnessed how entitled and rude he was to my nurse.
