Most of the bad reviews are from the receptionist but Dr Kenneth himself was a very nice man, he was pretty funny too. He gave me prescriptions for my acne.
Do read this review before going to this clinic. There are plenty of Dermatologists in the St George area. Firstly, Dr Ho is an experienced and professional dermologist. He is probably a very good doctor. The 1 star review is a direct reflection of our experience at the hands of his exceptionally rude receptionist. I saw Dr Ho a few years back and he did a biopsy on a mole on my face. I returned overseas and my Dr Emailed me telling me to go to a Plastic Surgeon. He attached the biopsy results and a Plastic Surgeon removed a Basil Carcinoma that Dr Ho had suspected, to which I am grateful. I am doing this recommendation because I am returning in August from overseas and wanted his details as I want him to inspect my skin for any other nasties. Highly recommend this Dermatologist.
Do not use this practice of you want to be treated with respect. The receptionist should not have a job there, but perhaps it’s a family practice. She is extremely rude. I never encounter any rude people like that in my life. STAY AWAY!!!
