I have seen Dr. HO 4-5 times in the last 25 years or so I have to say he is an excellent doctor I went to see 2 other dermatologists on 2 separate occasions when Dr. HO was on holidays They made wrong diagnoses and gave me useless ointments Dr. HO made the right diagnoses and his treatments were spot on I note that some people complained that the receptionist was rude but she was always nice to me I am not sure the reasons, may be some patients are just trouble makers themselves or love to complain or she has changed or she ... read more
I recently met with Dr Ho for the first time today. I was extremely impressed with his receptionist and Dr Ho himself. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I found Dr Ho not only understanding and caring but very professional in his work. Dr Ho performed a skin abnormality removal and although I was understandably nervous Dr Ho put me at ease as soon as I entered his surgical room. I will certainly return to Dr Ho if I have any further dermatological issues.
My whole family members have been to Dr Ho for different skin treatments which eventually cured. Doctor is good. But the one star if i could give negative rating would have to be given to the Extremely RUDE receptionist. She either misplaced my appointment date or forgot to send me messages several times. She treats everyone here not like human beings, she has no phone manner no positive welcoming tone or attitude, she must be doctor’s wife or relative by her age. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ho. I have seen him several times over the years, but especially this year. The vibe of someone to trust and have faith in, remains strong. A great team at Hurstville. Many thanks
Dr Kenneth Ho a respectable doctor, and I’ve always appreciated that. But the level of patient care at his clinics i believe are a bit poor. The ability to get in contact with anyone is honestly terrible. Previously, I was waiting on blood test results for weeks. I called multiple times (and even called different clinics) and the Menai receptionists kept telling me there is absolutely no way for them to contact their doctors and to call Hurstville.
