Dr Kenneth Ho a respectable doctor, and I’ve always appreciated that. But the level of patient care at his clinics i believe are a bit poor. The ability to get in contact with anyone is honestly terrible. Previously, I was waiting on blood test results for weeks. I called multiple times (and even called different clinics) and the Menai receptionists kept telling me there is absolutely no way for them to contact their doctors and to call Hurstville. Dr Ho has been my skin specialist for nearly 20 years. He has always looked after me well. Treating my many skins cancers and annual checkups in a friendly way. Good location also. Hghly recommend.
Most of the bad reviews are from the receptionist but Dr Kenneth himself was a very nice man, he was pretty funny too. He gave me prescriptions for my acne.
Do read this review before going to this clinic. There are plenty of Dermatologists in the St George area. Firstly, Dr Ho is an experienced and professional dermologist. He is probably a very good doctor. The 1 star review is a direct reflection of our experience at the hands of his exceptionally rude receptionist. I saw Dr Ho a few years back and he did a biopsy on a mole on my face. I returned overseas and my Dr Emailed me telling me to go to a Plastic Surgeon. He attached the biopsy results and a Plastic Surgeon removed a Basil Carcinoma that Dr Ho had suspected, to which I am grateful. I am doing this recommendation because I am returning in August from overseas and wanted his details as I want him to inspect my skin for any other nasties. Highly recommend this Dermatologist.
