Excellent interaction experience. He is thorough, patient, engaged in finding the best outcome for his patient. It took me 3 years to find a neurologist who understood occipital neuralgia/migraine/vertigo to the depth that he does, matching the ability of my neurologist in Buffalo,NY. Dr Hentschel made the extended effort to provide the interventions I had been receiving up north but had been unable to find in three cities in central and south Florida. What a gift this Dr is to patients with my issues.
Dr Hentchel is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He takes the time to listen and explains things to you. I always enjoy my visits with him.

I have had numerous visits with Dr Hentschel. He is always caring and takes his time with me. He writes down our care plan on his blackboard. Doctor had me take a picture of it so I can look back at it. When I reach out with a question his office actually answers me either through the portal or with a phone call. I have been to many doctors in my lifetime and have never found any office as Contentious as Doctor Hentschel and his staff.

Competence and empathy was evident during our first meeting. He was clear in his questions and through in his evaluation. His plan is easy to follow. Much better overall than previous Neurologists. I am Confident that I will get the best probable treatment.
Dr. Hentschel is always kind and interested in how you are doing. He is patient and listens to all you have to say. He clearly states what his plan for helping you to get better is. I have always felt like I was getting the best care available with Dr. Hentschel.
