I do understand why people say the appointments are rushed. He got right to the point and already had the plan of attack in mind. But he did explain why and how this would work down the road. I appreciate that. He is not for chit chat, but I can get used to his candor, especially if he is not wasting my time and money.
Dr. Hentschel explained, in plain detail, why we were increasing my dosage of Primidone. Very caring & thorough.

I saw him in the hospital for a “mini-stroke” which I found was caused by unchecked very high BP. I found Dr. H. to very informative in explaining my issue and giving me a positive destination to look forward to regarding my treatment and recovery. When I later saw him at his office, he was very positive and also empathetic as to my emotional state regarding the anxiety I had. Very caring and not rushed…. Answered all my questions!

He is kind. Speaks clearly. I believe there is nothing to be done for my husband’s dementia so he is giving him Prozac for anxiety and tells me I have to have patience. He knows I need respite. I need help but felt I was sort of rushed out. I think he could do some assessment and give ‘home work’ tasks or goals to help us. I was glad he ordered an MRI.
Dr Hentschel’s expertise is commendable I trust his decisions concerning my care. Dr Hentschel also listen to your concerns and addresses the issues with thorough evaluation before suggesting a course of action. I do recommend Dr Hentschel .
