Ive been to Logan regional twice in 6 months, both times i had to stay a couple days. The facility and food service is perfect. The nurses were very professional. I felt I was in excellent hands.
Everyone that I had the opportunity of meeting at Spectrum during my appointments was very professional and friendly. I want to specially mention the MRI Tech Dani who took very good care of me!
It was a nightmare....the elevators in the "parking garage" were not working and was told they never fix them....I finally found a nurse in the garage that was kind enough to walk me through the miles and miles of big doors and long long long hallways with no benches, chairs, or rails....and thought I would collapse before getting to the office....finally arrived at the first floor in an office but dont know whose office it was...they got me some oxygen and took me in a wheelchair to my doctor's office. I’m here right now, did t ask to be here, totaled my 18 wheeler on 98 going south towards Mobile Alabama. Just gathering my thoughts, waiting in emergency, check in area. All pharmacy’s were closed today so I couldn’t get my meds for pain relief. I was checked in, they did a CAT, MRI, or X-Ray. Said I didn’t break anything. My mom went to Intermountain Medical Center Rehab Clinic after a TBI and we discovered that IMC is amazing! My mom had a long stay in the ICU at a different hospital and was only getting worse, but when we moved her to IMC she finally started getting better! The doctors and nurses at IMC had a great system in place to help my mom get back to normal and be able to go home. They even went to her home to make sure it was safe and let us know what we needed to do. They made sure she ate and did physical therapy and occupational ... read more
Dr Bell is very gentle yet professional. He explains things very clearly and actually cares. I have been under quite a few times due to my medical issue, however when Dr. Bell has been there I have had zero complications and wake up quickly and alert. He's very informative and knowledgeable yet understanding and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Bell.
I went to the ER in January. I received nothing but they made me feel like I was taking up there time and energy. The ER doc was typing in informational that the nurse was given to him. He said quote I don’t care. I looked at him and told him I heard what he said. Please if you get to the point where you don’t care about your patients it’s time for you to retire or leave. I had a sleep study done at Lutheran. The gentleman that administered test was great. Very helpful and expert. Down hill from there. Today is the 8th of September and my doctor still has not received results. I called to find out status and was informed I would receive a call back within two business days. It's Friday, so I may possibly get a call back on Monday. Not a very good way to run a business in my opinion. In all fairness I don't know how truthful Health one is being with me. I was at LDS hospital for a overnight stay for an operation on my bladder. They had the robot my doctor needed to use. I was very happy with my doctor, my anesthesiologist and the people who checked me in and prepped me. After the operation I was taking to the 3rd floor recovery overnight room where I felt I was mostly ignored. They checked my vitals and brought me some medicine my doctor prescribed .
