Dr Kenneth Smith was an amazing Dr and a super nice guy. The staff at the front was not so much, they had no empathy and talked down to me. I felt so horrible after dealing with them, and they did not care about anything I said. I paid for a breast augmentation, which they were fine maybe for a year or two?
