Paid for a private assessment to speed up services. Emailed back and forth waiting for the assessment to come in the mail for a month. Only to be told it was returned to them for insufficient postage. Mailing a letter is the most basic clerical task. Not much attention to detail. This mistake cost me $600 in services for one month that would have been covered had I have received the assessment. Their response “sorry”
