We had an appointment booked for our daughter's assessment for several months, requiring a 3 hour drive each way. At 8 pm the night before the appointment, I received a somewhat frantic call from the woman doing the assessment the next day asking us to bring a mountain of information. She said she was unaware she had been booked for the next day. As it was 8 pm and we had to leave very early, I did my best. We had a really positive experience with Dr. Macoun at this office. She assessed our school-age daughter. She was very thorough, communicated throughout the process, and we felt well supported.

Paid for a private assessment to speed up services. Emailed back and forth waiting for the assessment to come in the mail for a month. Only to be told it was returned to them for insufficient postage. Mailing a letter is the most basic clerical task. Not much attention to detail. This mistake cost me $600 in services for one month that would have been covered had I have received the assessment. Their response “sorry”
