Worst experience I have ever had dealing with office staff ever!!! Her employee Cicily needs to find some compassion and definitely take a training course or two in customer service!! Absolutely will never recommend anyone I know going to this office ever again!!!
RecommendedWe have been seeing Dr. Cocke for many years and have always had a great experience. There is hardly ever a wait but yet she spends so much time in the room with us. She makes both of our kids feel special, heard, and loved. They aren’t afraid to talk to her because she is so very kind. Dr. Cocke and the staff at Parkway Pediatrics are nothing short of incredible; I cannot recommend them enough. Both of my young daughters have some medical issues, my oldest being particularly medically complex. Dr. Cocke was the first doctor I encountered who took the time to look over my then 20 month-old daughter’s symptoms, listen to what I said, and start to put the pieces of the diagnostic puzzle together. We love Dr. Cocke! She’s seen my son since we were in the hospital and love her. She came to see him every day and is very thorough. Her and her staff are polite and answer all of my nervous new mom questions. She makes us feel very comfortable and at ease as new parents. I know there are a lot of great pediatricians out there but I personally think she’s one of the best. I’d recommend her to anybody!
The staff is awesome, all very kind & helpful! Dr. Cocke is the best out there, so understanding & compassionate. My kids love her & are never scared to go see her, esp my son Kayden! 😍
Loved our visit with Dr Kelli! I’m so glad we chose her for our children’s pediatrician. She’s knowledgeable, kind, hands on with the baby, and answers every question in depth. Very pleased. Her staff too is so helpful and sweet. Highly recommended.
