I initially saw Dr Ladu for a second opinion about my knees. After seeing him, I chose to stay with him throughout my entire journey starting with my knees. From the receptionist to Dr Ladu himself, I had a wonderful experience. Dr Ladu was knowledgeable and listened to me and answered my questions. His PA was great too, he looked at my X-rays with me and explained what I was looking at. Entire staff is courteous, on time, high standards. Patient portal is clunky at best and doesn't interface with other care.
From the 1st appointment to the last Dr. Ladu was genuinely concerned, informed, and knowledgeable.
I went to orthoNeuro a couple of years ago because of a rotator cuff injury and I was treated by Dr. Ladu. He took excellent care of me and now I’m just as good as before the break and tear. I recently injured my knee and was so thankful that Dr Ladu was available to help me again. I’m in the best of care possible !!
I left Dr. LaDu’s office in less pain, and with a thorough diagnosis, I could not ask for more. His PA was also very informative and kind, I feel as though I am in good hands going forward, and I would highly recommend this doctor.
Doctor Ladu's staff was friendly and caring. They made me feel at ease. His staff explained my condition and gave me options to decide my treatment for myself. I recommend Doctor Ladu and staff tremendously.
Dr Ladu, went over the options for relieving my knee pain and what steps we should take
Dr. Ladu explained all my options and gave his advice as to what was best. I agreed…both knees needed replacing and they were both done within a 10 month period. He and his staff were extremely efficient and caring on the mornings of the replacements. Everything I experienced afterwards was explained prior to surgery. Excellent follow up by Dr. Ladu and staff over the weeks and months. I met with him a year later also and am scheduled for a two year check up. Meds and billing and PT were all handled professionally.
Dr Ladu, his staff and surgical team are all very kind, caring and respectful individuals. I highly recommend them!
