From the first appt just rude and rushed. Needed orthotics. After the first ones were too small for my sneakers, even though he tried to pass them off as "fine". They were remade too large. When I went back to have them trimmed and fitted correctly, he took a scissor to them, shoved them in my sneakers and declared "see, easy peasy". He treats me with respect. He is aware I am a disabled RN and talks to me on that level.SInce seeing him I have had some relief from the constant pain. More than I have in all my years trying to find that relief. Since I am not a surgical candidate, pain management is my only option.

I went to Dr. Nguyen for neck pain. I immediately was given two xrays without even speaking with anyone. He came in and proceeded to show me on the xray that I had arthritis in my neck and there was nothing I could do about it. He was a wiseguy/smart alec in the way he answered my questions without any empathy or compassion. He callously advised to do what I want because I didn't have much time left! surgery got rid of the leg pain that I was having. i almost couldnt walk anymore so im glad i did it and can walk again. really happy that worked so well. now i have the same back pain that ive always had, so going to see pain management for injections because they worked before. overall very satisfied and would do it again

Great visit. Told me I didn't need surgery. Spent time with me explaining my condition and treatment. Very happy with the doctor and office.

Always pleasant and compassionate. When the insurance company didnt want to approve my surgery, he didn’t give up and we were able to get it approved. The surgery has helped me feel so much better and now I am recovering right on course thanks to him.
