The technician who took my X-rays was most comforting, reassuring, & helpful. The PA (?) was very good with his questions about my condition, and he explained everything very clearly. Dr. Sajadi was extremely nice. He explained my shoulder condition in detail with good clarity. Very happy that he recommended a trial period of therapy, rather than just saying I needed surgery at this point. I am very pleased with his conservative approach. Everyone was most friendly and made me feel very cared about.
