This was a follow up on my reverse total right shoulder replacement of last year, since I’ve experienced 3 episodes of slippage and have been having pt to strengthen my anterior deltoid. Dr Sajadi explained my options, again, suggesting watching it with continued follow up in 6 months, which is fine with me. I was treated very kindly. The check in and check out process was very good. I did have a wait to see the doctor, but he is so kind and does not rush you through your visit, answers all your questions, and that is was very well worth the wait.

This was my first visit. Everyone was very pleasant and checked on me frequently. Dr Sajadi was excellent in his explanation of my previous surgery performed elsewhere and what he would do if I wanted to have additional surgery to increase my range of motion. It was very informative and he answered my questions.
First visit was informative, supportive, and professional (but likewise relaxed and comfortable). Dr. Sajdi was attentive, empathic, and open to discussion in an unhurried manner. Treatment options were clearly explained and the choice was left up to the patient. After option #1 did not have the desired effect, I returned without hesitation to pursue option #2.
Excellent clinician with a good bedside manner, a great combination.
