Waited 45 min past my appointment time. I was in so much pain I was nauseous. Front desk is no help. They didn't tell me they were "working me in". I had to leave without being seen. I asked 30 minutes after my appointment time how much longer it would be. I was told there was one person ahead of me. At 40 minutes after my appointment time, the receptionist tells me they've been running hours late all day.
