When questioned why they need a therapist letter to provide HRT to post-op Transgender females, they are rude. No explanation was given when asked if genetic females need a therapist letter to receive HRT for mood swings or hot flashes. Hypocrite!!! No wonder the rating is what it is. Don't waste your time. Find another endocrinologist. Tried calling everyday multiple times a day for a week. Phone just rings and rings. Nobody answers, no voicemail. So I drove over to the office to try and schedule an appointment. The office was completely empty. No patients, no receptionist. After a minute of standing at the window, someone comes out from a small back office in scrubs (I'm assuming it was Dr Joo, but she never introduced herself, so who knows) and asks what I need.
