Been calling for 2 weeks. No answer. Was referred by doc to go here. Will NOT be going here after seeing the reviews and the replies to some of the posts. Will also be notifying insurance so they can look into it and remove her from the list.
If your insurance isnt creme de la creme dont call this endo. Anything less than creme de la creme ins is their waste of time, their peone, you will be frowned upon. Thank God for other considerate and caring Dr’s that are willing to help all regardless of status.

I have been seen by Doctor Joo twice. She has helped me understand my low TSH and my cortisol levels. She explained that I didn't need treatment for my thyroid. She helped me with medication for Hirsutism. She does work alone, so just be patient, leave a message if she doesnt answer. She is helping other patients she doesnt answer right away. Thank you Kathy!
I have been with Dr. Joo for over 19 years and she has always been there for me. Listens when the others could not figure what was happening with me. Never did she push me a side. She may be busy but she calls back and follows up. I would never change. She tries to help always. Thank you for caring Dr. Joo
