Dr. Kathy is one of the most knowledgeable chiros I've met. She doesn't just put you on a table for 10-15 minutes and out the door you go. She works with the muscles to help hold the adjustment - or to loosen the muscles so they adjust. She also does the Rolf Method of muscle work; which I have had.
