I was nervous to go to the dentist, as I hadn’t been in years. I had a severe toothache and Dr. Winkel was able to fit me in within 24 hours. The hygienist and Dr. Winkel were both very caring and kind. Happy to be a new patient at this office!
Don't take my word for it.... Go see Kathryn and the best staff that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. The shots, whenever needed, are basically painless. All dental work is professional. I will NEVER go anywhere else for dental care. I drive from Linwood, near the Lake, to obtain the quality care. I would drive from out of state, if necessary. I came to the office with a possible cavity but because of some health issues and the current Covid 19 situation, I requested a basic exam and quick solution instead of a new patient complete care visit. They were so accommodating to my concerns. The staff was thoughtful and friendly and I would refer my friends to this office.
As new residents, we were happy to learn that Dr. Winkel was accepting patients. They got me in right away to address a problem I was having. Front office was great getting us into the system, and Cheryl could not have been more helpful. Great first impression of Dr. Winkel and her staff.
The Staff and Dr practiced good health rules for the pandemic. The cleaning went smoothly.
I had my first cleaning with Dr. Winkler's office. This is the first week they are doing routine cleanings since COVID-19. They took necessary precautions with cleaning, wearing masks/shields, etc. They were also very friendly and understanding of my sensitive gums/teeth.
The staff is very kind and they do a great job!!!!!
My daughter and I had our first visit at our new dentist office and we were really pleased. The staff and Dr. Winkel were very warm and friendly. My daughter wasn’t scared one bit which meant I was happy too. They were super patient with my screaming one year old as well and tried to help me keep her occupied and entertained.
