It was a general cleaning today. You arrived with mask on at check-in where you are encouraged to use hand sanitizer. Holly did the cleaning with a very gentle touch. Both Holly and Dr. Winkle were interested in whether there had been any changes in my dental health since 6 months ago. Once finished with exam the mask goes back on and hand sanitizer again. I'd love to know what sanitizer they use because it has such a pleasant fragrance.
I love the office set up and people working there: They are friendly, on time, and they are going way beyond their responsibility to do the best they can for patient.
Dr. Winkel and her staff are outstandingly professional while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor and implementing appropriate safeguards during the ongoing pandemic.

Dr. Winkel's staff is first rate. They go out of their way to explain what's being done during procedures and communicating follow-ups. Dr. Winkel puts me at ease with her empathetic, thorough manner!
I've been using this practice for years and am always happy when I leave. They take great care of me and are very accommodating. I especially love the care Holly uses when cleaning my teeth! Prior to using this practice I lived with mouth/jaw pain for over 20 years. The work done by this team has given me a pain-free life and I appreciate it immensely!
The Dental Hygienist was competent, courteous and conscientious. While I was there, I observed more than once, coworkers helping each other with little tasks. The atmosphere is joyful. I highly recommend this Dental Team.
