I absolutely LOVE Dr. McCusker. I sincerely wish she'd open her own practice. The staff in the front is absolutely ridiculous and rude on a good day, they never answer the phone and don't know half of what they're talking about. The ONLY reason I continue to bring my children to the location is for Dr. McCusker but I swear as soon as she leaves I'm running away.
Dr. McCusker is a wonderful doctor, but her office staff and support staff are a nightmare and the sole reason I will no longer continue to bring my kids to see her. Unprofessional and incompetent to say the least.

Dr. McCusker is amazing! She is a 5 star doctor. Now as for the office itself ..... I would rather not go into the place if I didn’t have to, BUT as long as Dr. McCusker is there we will go! I wish she had her own practice, because I would rather take my children to an office with only pediatric patients there. I don’t like the family office setting for both adults and children’s doctors in the same building. If you need a pediatrician I would definitely recommend her!
