I had a 930am appt today and made the effort to get to my appt even though there was a lake effect snow warning and the roads were bad. I walk in and they say that Dr Petro won't be in until 11am. I asked why I didnt get the courtesy of being called. The girl in front said they called me. I took out phone, NO CALL, SHOWED THEM. The one girl asked the other girl, Dee, who was supposed to call people " why have you not called the 9:30 appointments?" Just didnt do it. Doesnt care if people are inconvenienced.
