Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The Pediatrician is very personable and interested in the health and well-being of my child. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff respects her, although the "front desk" staff were not as friendly. My child always enjoys her appointments here. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times.
