She Lacks the necessary skills and knowledge for proper medical care. To be honest I think she was just over her job and didn’t care anymore … She was very Dismissive, lacked empathy and had no emotion. She looked upset at all times. I don’t know if this doctor was going thru something but you can just see the evil in her eyes. She was just over her job and didn’t care anymore. I hope she finds happiness within herself
I was a patient of Dr. Kroesslers for 21 years. She was great, her receptionist, Babara, was also great and so helpful. I can't say enough about they're help and understanding, I was with her for 21 years, must mean something!😁
How do you obtain records from the facility now that it’s closed?
Dr. Kroessler did not meet expectations for a medical professional. Poor bedside manner, lack of transparency, unresponsive. She did not explain what to expect for a procedure or proper aftercare. I had to contact the office multiple times in an attempt to obtain imaging results but she would not contact me back until an office visit months later. She stated she "would have contacted me if it was urgent" although the results were abnormal and required treatment. Then said she said she didn't know how to send me the results t... read more
