This dentist's billing clerk was out sick when I tried to settle a $64 balance, they had previously debited my bank card and when they didn't take the money in July I called twice and was told they would call me back, they never called and I was served a court summons for the $64, my mother paid the balance today but I still have to appear in court next month. The person who wrote the other review clearly works there because I have never been to dentist that was this bad. Not only did they give me 3 different prices for my first visit then billed me another $140 for a cleaning (I have insurance) this was after selling me the $15 mouthwash and trying to sell me a whole lot more, but when I called saying I was in pain the dentist never returned my call. I was scheduled to have a tooth pulled 3 weeks later and when I called to say the infection was back and I needed more antibiotics ... read more

They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left each time. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My mother was a patient and they extracted her teeth leaving her in pain and would'nt give her any medication for the pain unless she paid an additional charge.
