really liked the new Hygenist..and Kathy was her usual very nice self......Professional too
Had an appointment scheduled in advance, but no checkup was performed since the doctor was out. Cleaning went quickly (new person) and didn't feel as thorough as usual.
This was my first visit. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and professional. Everyone seemed competent at what they did and answered all the questions I asked. I felt that the care I received was very good. I especially appreciated the time taken to explain everything.

Don't change this for me, but I like to bring a book to read during my wait time, whether in the waiting area or while the numbing kicks in for dental work. So, I'm one of those people who would prefer no TV or radio on. I enjoy peaceful instrumental background music (no commercials), though, if the songs don't have words. If I know the words, they run through my head so that I can't focus on reading my book! LOL! As I said, don't change a thing. I'm only there for a short time. You all work there all day. The dentist and the hygienist both used gloves, & it was good to see the dentist washing her hands prior to the exam. The dentist provided a very thorough exam with explinations of what she was doing. The desk clerk was welcoming and took time to assure I understood what I needed before and after my appointment. Keep up the good work. You make the drive worth it.
Very professional and competent. Explained everything well. I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.
