I have never liked going to the dentist because of my teeth are hard to numb. I had no pain with Dr. Kasper. She was fantastic! Explained everything and made my teeth numb. Im a happy camper.
I always have a good understanding of the procedures Dr. Kasper will be administering during my visit as well as next steps for further visits. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!
Every time I go there, I always feel very warmly greeted by all the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
It did get cold in exam room(s) after a bit, but tech (M) did let me know that might happen. He said he would be happy to get me a blanket if needed, but i had a long sleeve shirt with me so it was fine. I was impressed by how dentist(K) and tech(M) worked so well together to get the x-ray(s) just right and plenty of "praise and good job!" followed afterwards. Good teamwork and patience with task!
