I enjoy this office- I like Dr. Turner and the technicians who conduct the preliminary eye exam. My problem is with the lab and lack of communication. I ordered lenses for existing frames on 7/29 and was quoted a turnaround time of 2 weeks. The first time Progressive let me know the glasses were in was after I called to ask about the status. Nice people but every time I come in, I spend a lot of time waiting. I don't feel they are respectful of my time. I have to take time away from my work to get in do I expect they should get me in a d out, rather than waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by the technician and then more for the doc. Reduce that wait and my rating would go up.
