As a Nurse Practitioner, I was surprised and really appreciated how Dr. Lee took the time to explain and discuss everything to me, from my diagnosis and my treatment plan. She even called me to give me results, twice because it went to voicemail the first time. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring.
Unfortunately, they don't answer the phone at all. I have been trying for 2 weeks now!
