We just love all the Doctors and staff at Atkinson Family Practice. As a mother of two small children I am so glad we choose to make AFP our medical home. When the kids are sick we can always get a same day appointment!!!!

Went there for the TMS procedure and it was nothing I would suggest anyone do,the techs each had different setup procedures which confused me and when I mentioned the pain they left up to me which is their their job to decipher not me...maybe elsewhere i would have had better results,this place it was terrible.And the psychiatrist was unprofessional as doing checkups during procedure while machine rapping at your head.
My daughters and I have been patients of Dr Kate’s for 20 years. We have been so fortunate to have her thoughtful care through many difficult times. We are so grateful for her medical guidance and personal interest. Cannot recommend her or her wonderful practice enough!
extremely condescending and impolite. like me, if you have PTSD or any kind of brain-fog, she's as understanding and welcoming as a bad rash.
Great place to go if you have purple hair, special pronouns, like dragon flies, dictatorial females w/agendas, you will get plenty of vaccines, invasive test to last a lifetime, may not be good for critical thinkers who ask too many questions though.
Listened very well and understood my complicated medical issues. Provided great help to me for medication, therapies, and referrals.
Dr. Atkinson is the best! She and her staff exemplify the best standards of medical practice--knowledge, compassion, listening skills, and common sense application of medical protocols. I have had some serious issues and always felt reassured and confident that I getting the best, most up-to -date medical counsel with a caring touch! Truly the best in Western Massachusetts!
The RN - inexperienced, mistakes happen - gave me a tetanus shot too close to my shoulder, resulting in bursitis that required physical therapy and orthopedic help. Although the office admitted their mistake, and the orthopedic concurred with the diagnosis, they refused to waive the bills for the 2 follow-up apts that they asked me to come to address their mistake, and treated me like I was the villain. I still have shoulder limitations. Where is common decency and compassion? Not here.
