I had an amazing experience at Dr.Katbab optometry. He is extremely patient, and his explanations of any issues are clear and easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares- you’re never made to feel like just another number. If you’re looking for an optometrist with an amazing staff, I highly recommend reaching out to his office. You might have to wait for an appointment like I did, but trust me , he’s worth it.

The optometrist examined my eye carelessly and claimed that my answers to the test were just guesses. As a result, he prescribed glasses with a much higher prescription, which made no sense. A few days later, I consulted another optometrist, and the results were shocking—one eye had no change, and the other had only a slight increase of 0.25. A complete waste of $100.
I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived at 1:58, once I paid, the receptionist told me that I have to wait 40–50 minutes. When I asked why I wasn’t notified in advance so I could adjust my schedule (especially since I took time off work), she smugly replied, “Oh, I’ve never informed anyone in the past 8 years!”—as if that’s something to be proud of. Absolutely ridiculous. If this is their idea of “service,” they need a serious reality check. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time
