I visited Dr. Khoshnoud, but he was unable to diagnose the problem with my eye, so I had to consult another optometrist. The environment there did not feel friendly.
I had a very upsetting experience at this office. While I was quietly on the phone, the front desk secretary abruptly told me to “shush” in a rude and unprofessional manner. Minutes later, she was loudly laughing and chatting on the phone with her colleagues — a clear double standard.
