I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. We travelled 90 miles each way to take my daughter to Dr. Bovenzi for treatment of her chronic Lyme Disease and co-infections. The doctor and her staff were wonderful. The visits were lengthy and detailed, and she took everything I had to say seriously. I was amazed at how much time she took to listen to me, answer my questions, and explain the diseases. Best of all, my daughter is now well! I only wish Dr. Bovenzi were closer to home so she could be our regular pediatrician.
