I been seen Dr Karen Oh for so many years but sadly I will let her go, due to her receptionist being extremely rude and lack of communication and calls. She was misinformed with her appointments and wanted to to charge a fee on my appointment that was never taken and communicated or confirmed. I called to rectify and my calls were denied and when I did get through it was a rude of her to suggest it was due to my unscheduling and wanted to apply a feeonly because her relaps of work was done incorrectly. I’ve been a patient at this doctors for approximately 3 years and have only been able to schedule an appointment twice.. the front desk service is by far the WORST!!!! Over a year ago I called and left several messages, only to never receive a call back for approximately 4 months. Dr. Darren himself called me super late at night saying they’ve had phone issues... id understand if it was maybe a week-but months later...seriously? My go to doctor has been ANY urgent care....
