I have been seeing Dr. Oh for about 4 years and was pleased with the level of care I received from her. However, her receptionist, and only employee is extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other patients that I heard her speaking to on the phone. The final straw occurred last week when I called Monday through Wednesday at different times of the day to request a refill on my medication. Really unprofessional. They don't answer calls or return them.
Dr Karen is very attentive and spends enough time with the patient and listen to patient's concerns.
I been seen Dr Karen Oh for so many years but sadly I will let her go, due to her receptionist being extremely rude and lack of communication and calls. She was misinformed with her appointments and wanted to to charge a fee on my appointment that was never taken and communicated or confirmed. I called to rectify and my calls were denied and when I did get through it was a rude of her to suggest it was due to my unscheduling and wanted to apply a feeonly because her relaps of work was done incorrectly.
