I've been using this clinic for a few months now and have had a terrible experience. Firstly, my doctor is actually great, however I can never get in touch with him when I need to (not necessarily his fault at all). I have only gone here because my insurance sucks. I am not surprised with the lack of professionalism at this place. I go here because it is my only option at the moment. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. If you do get someone on the line, they do not help you. I have been asking for a referral to be mailed to my address for three weeks now.
