I was experiencing some eye pain and personally was completely unfamiliar with the process. Dr. Castleberry was a great Physician, and extremely pleasant to discuss my issues with. I know for sure that if I need the services of an excellent Optometrist I will be back to visit her.
Dr. Castleberry always provides a quality examination and thoroughly explains all the results and answers my questions!
Dr. Castleberry decived my wife into a $75 purchase of what she was told was a "prescription" for macular degeneration. Dr. Castleberry did indeed write a prescription but it was for a commonly available OTC supplement. We tried to return it unopened and was told again it was a "prescription" and could not be returned. A very similar supplement is available online for about $6 for the same strength and quantity.
