I have seen Dr. Williams 2 times. During my new patient consultation, she huffed, puffed and exhaled the entire time. I thought she seemed really stressed and chalked her behavior up to a bad day. For my second visit, she walked in and barely greeted me. I went to see this doctor after I gave birth to my second child. Her bedside manner was brusque and she always seemed rushed and annoyed during the appointments. At every appointment, when I was being polite and I asked her how she was, she would complain about how stressed out and tired she was and how her children were keeping her so busy driving them back and forth to activities. I have been going to Dr. Williams office for about 4 years. I have never experienced the issues that some other people have mentioned. I have always found her to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my problems. I agree with the comment that some people that post bad reviews are ones that just aren't happy with anything. I highly recommend this office to anyone.
I have been going to this office for about a year. The office is on time and the staff is friendly. I have always found Dr. Williams to be very caring and helpfuI. I feel that she takes good care of me. I recommend her and her office to anyone needing a family doctor.
Dr. Williams was not very friendly. Not personable. almost like she forced herself to be nice. Like she didn't want to be there. She Isn't one to give out prescriptions of any kind.
Dr. Williams has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen! I always walked out of her office feeling like a failure. She would berate me and has zero compassion. My husband left before I did due to her harsh manner. I wanted to give her a fair chance so I went a few more times. I stopped going when she would sneer at me like I was a piece of crap and be verbally abusive. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with Dr. Williams. She is a horrible person! I have never been sorry I quit going to her.
Arrogant and dismissive of my concerns. Incredibly poor bedside manner.
As a new patient I was seen after a six week wait, but the meeting was fine, we spoke for two hours. When it came time for my first renewal of my anxiety medication, I was given 10 days of medication, instead of 30 days of medication. They would not return my calls - 4 messages and one faxed written message. I am getting another doctor. Wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my time.
To each their own and I feel compelled to comment. Typically only those upset take the time to leave feedback. We have two young daycare age children, which alway seem to get colds and illnesses from that environment. Requiring a note to return to school, we are pressed for a quick appt. They are always available either that day or the next, ALWAYS get us back to a room either on time or early. While we don't have "mysterious illnesses", we are treated promptly and correctly.
