About this business

As a Family Practitioner I believe in maximizing health benefits through lifestyle changes and using medications only when necessary. By treating the entire family I can better appreciate the potential stressors that can affect a patient's over all well-being. I also prefer to see my patients both when they are sick and well, as this improves continuity of care. My staff and I work hard to ensure we are available when you need to be seen for an acute visit.

Very poor bedside manner. Treats patients like they are stupid. Cold demeanor. I moved away from NY and think of what I would do if I had to move back to a place where about the only choice for family practice would be her. NOT HAPPENING!!! I have a wonderful young female doctor where I live now and Williams is no comparison to the passion my doctor shows. Start acting like you care about your patients and shed that haughty attitude. Williams would be the last person I'd go to for medical needs if I had to move back to that ... read more

A utter waste of time to see this women. She literally said " I really dont know what im supposed to do for you". She didnt acknowledge anything i was trying explain to her and acted annoyed and that i was wasting her time. Im just trying to find a solution for my problem. I left with no input, suggestions or anything beneficial. Again, a complete waste of time.

I've been a patient of Doctor Williams now for about 20 yrs. She has an absolute pleasure to have as my doctor. She was also the first doctor to identify my breathing issues as Asthma, not Croup like most have done before seeing her. She has always been concerned and understanding, and shes blunt when it comes to taking care of yourself and the things you should or shouldn't be doing. She has always been great with my emotional stress and i've always found it easy to talk to her. Although over the last couple years I've not... read more

I've been going to this Dr.for years and I just dread going to see her.I know that she is going to be miserable whenever I see her. She degrades you makes you feel like it's all your own fault your sick. I had to go back to her 6x cause she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me the 1st time which I told her what I thought it was but looked at me like are you the dr. Or me ..I was right but suffered for 2 months when it could if been over in a week . I find her very arrogant and unwilling to use any input the patient has... read more

In my years time of seeing Dr. Williams-I have always been scheduled to be seen quickly. My wait time in the office has been minimal. Dr. Williams listens to my concerns, asks questions-I know she is trying to get to the bottom of my concerns. I have always had more time in the patient room with her than with previous family physicians. Great interpersonal skills and I am pleased with my medical care!

My elderly mother is a patient of Dr. Williams. Our family is very involved in our mother's care and have always felt Dr. Williams never saw us as her best ally but more like the enemy if we asked questions or expressed our thoughts (we always address her respectfully and tactfully). Dr. Williams does not have privileges at Samaritan and is very often not available to consult with. Every time we take our mother to an appointment, we ask ourselves why we keep going back when she has such bad bedside manner and is not very hel... read more

I went to see Dr Williams for a NP exam today and after reading all the negative reviews I was a little nervous but kept an open mind. I want to say that she and her staff were fantastic. I was seen on time and everyone was very professional. I have a cold which I was sure would not be addressed today because many Drs only address the reason you made the appt for but Dr Williams took it upon herself without me asking to check my chest and give me antibiotics. Our 4 children will be seeing her in the next few weeks and I look... read more

I was a patient of Dr. Williams for several years.. She always has a look on her face like she is mad you are there, when she enter's the exam room. Her Nurse is not far behind, when it comes to the friendly department.. I noticed over my many visits that Dr.Williams has never laid a finger on me with any of her exams.(very Strange!)I found Dr. Williams to be not approachable most of the time, very rude at times, and does not have a very nice bed-side manner at all... Changing Doctors was the best thing I could of done...

I felt like my ailments were nothing but bothersome to Dr. Williams. She did not take the time to listen or review reports other doctors ordered because she did not. She spoke to me like I was supposed to know the answers to my questions though I am not a doctor or a nurse. Telling a patient there is nothing you can do for them when you have to power to refer them to those who can is poor professionalism. Perhaps her personality has changed since graduating but she does not have good bedside manners at all.
