Fraudulent billing and practices. Dr Kaur is sweet, but not up to date or detailed in her services. Front desk staff is horrific
Dr Kaur is amazing, my own doctor was doing anything and I couldn't even get an appointment. I called Dr kaur's office and was in and out in 30 mins max. I went back to get my blood drawn and again I was very impressed. It was a single pierce to get blood. I also like the ladies up front, they are professional and have never shown me anything otherwise. I will continue going to Dr Kaur and will continously recommend her. Thank you Dr Kaur and staff
I am so disappointed for the last few days trying to get refilled medication and trying to reach Dr. Kaur, but the woman at front Ms. Shade is so rude and arrogant and has so much attitude. She doesn't know how to talk or handle customers. She is so unprofessional and should not be in the doctor office if she doesn't know how to talk to patients. She is so disrespectful and shows no care or empathy for the patients. I am Dr. Kaur patients for years and never had this issue before.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER DR.. The service is horrible. The wait is horrible. The employees don’t know what they’re doing. Last time I was there for blood work, it took 2 employees to stick me like 4 times in different places to get blood. Im not sure they are qualified to be sticking needles into anyone tbh. The Dr is a joke. She belittles your symptoms and gives you prescriptions (if she wants to) for things that wouldn’t make sense.
