Although it is very hard to make contact with TMH's Physicians Residency Program, Dr. Kailin McGrogan is a talented, caring, and straightforward doctor who has taken care of me for over five years now. She always responds quickly now that we can communicate through the TMH Follow My Health app. Hopefully, I can reestablish that communication now that TMH has switched to My Chart
I called on 8/23/2022 to find out if Dr. McGrogan was accepting new patients. The receptionist had no clue if she was or wasn't. I had to ask her would she find out if they are. She acted like she didn't want to and I was being a bother. I would not want to attend this Dr's office based off my interaction with the rude and unknowledgeable receptionist.
Always polite, responsive in my questions and appointments. Husband has been using Dr. McGrogan since June of this year.
