I’ve only seen him once. But he ordered the tests I was hoping for and has a laid back demeanor. Down to earth.
He’s very nice and caring. He fixed my problem of not being able to swallow. I had an obstruction in my esophagus. I’m able to swallow again.
I have used Dr Toups on several occasions and have been completely satisfied. He spends time with you and makes sure you totally understand your problem.
Found Dr. Toups to be friendly, easy to talk to and was genuinely interested in me. Explained the procedure in layman's terms and wasn't in a rush to exit the room.

Dr. Toup and his staff was very thorough on the surgery he performed. His findings and results were thorough also.
I had a colonoscopy with him and everything was great. He explained the procedure and once I was done explained his findings. He was very informative and nice.
