He explained very clearly the possible problems, offered several reasonable options to identify the actual problem and allowed me to choose- THAT’S a doctor!
Very pleasant
The staff was very helpful and his nurse, I believe her name was Michelle was very sweet, informative and funny. Dr Toups was so easy to talk to and described everything I was feeling and made me feel a lot better about what was going on. He addressed all of my concerns and I left there really happy that I had chosen to see him.
The staff and nurse were friendly and professional. They were very efficient and caring with each patient. Dr. Toups is always well prepared and very intelligent. He is caring and LISTENS to his patients. Dr. Toups speaks to you in a relaxing manner and makes you feel like you are his only patient.
Good meeting still taking prescribed medicine, waiting to see how it turns out.
Dr. Toups is very caring and compassionate. The staff at his office and in the Endoscopy center are amazing and caring people too. He is a great doctor!
