Everyone in both locations are friendly and professional
The first thing that comes to mind is the cleanliness of the clinic. Dr Toups is very informative and very professional and takes the time to explain the results of my procedures.He he has a great bedside manner and his whole staff are very friendly.The cleanest environment in a clinic and a great staff to serve his patients.
My wife went to Dr. Toups for a second opinion for a past colonoscopy. He failed to offer an opinion, but suggested she repeat the procedure. His staff from Thibodaux Endoscopy pressured my wife to have the procedure at the facility that he owned. They never disclosed that the the procedure could have been done at Thibodaux Regional. When signing the consent, she was led to believe by the office lead that our insurance company would fight us if she didn't have the procedure at their facility which was false. Dr. Toups and staff are always amazing. His NP is also wonderful if he isn’t available for the visit. If you want an amazing specialist, please choose Dr. Toups and you won’t regret it.
Dr. Toups and his staff are the best. They make you feel like you matter! I had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy with them and I have no complaints at all.
He answered all my questions and was courteous and professional

A wonderful human being. Respectful, knowledgeable, caring. My mother went to the hospital bleeding internally with a blood count in the 4’s. He was very honest with us as to the seriousness of the situation but did so in a way that wasn’t frightening. Our mother left the hospital 3 days later. Thanks Doc!
