I was a mess when I visited here but they sorted me out and now I’m great!
The lady was rude and I paid 125 and got zero help. Just asked to leave. Not cool, I have crohns. Just wanted some help
Dr. Spooner was recommended by a former patient for pain management. I visited his office and took him copies of my MRIs as I was suffering from back pain, knee pain and my legs were so weak I could hardly rise from a seated position to standing. He confidently looked at them and said " I can fix that!" I must admit I was a doubting Thomas. Much to my surprise and delight he administered an epidural and it was a tremendous success! I am a new man presently, without back pain, leg and knee pain! He worked a miracle for me!
Was very professional and expedited my needs efficiently and timone is great helped me and other patients that needed extra assistance. 5 star great kind team.
He was very direct, funny knowledgeable, and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend him highly to anyone with a spine or back problems.
I SAW DR SPOONER FOR PAIN - HE GAVE ME A PRESCIPTION FOR PAIN MEDS WHICH I DIDN'T WANT. HE NEVER EXPLAINED PROCEDURES TO ME HE WAS VERY CHARMING TO ELDERLY PATIENTS WHO WERE HUNGRY FOR ATTENTION BY ANY DR. I was a patient here for over 2yrs. Paying 105.00 every month. In November I was informed that I was discharged from pain management side. On December 15, 2020 my Rx for medical Marijuana expired. So I phoned the office to renew my rx at 250.00. Still fighting for my refund almost a month later.
I never had a visit. I called the office and was told I needed a referral. My mental health ins does not require it. I called back and the rude woman took my appointment. Said they will call me the week of the appt and verify my ins. I called and left messages 2x. I got a call to confirm my appt for tomorrow. I was told oyu don't take my ins. I wasted 3 weeks when i could have found another provider. You to take my mental health ins. You are in my list of providers. In short I would not go to this location.
One of the best doctors I've had in a long time, very knowledgeable and helpful.
