I had an appointment with Dr. Justin Nguyen today. I had a test that I was scared of and I was thinking about canceling it. But the doctor gave me detailed explanations on the procedure and the reasons why the test should be done. He took his time answering all my questions. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and respectful to me. I wish all doctors were like him. Thank you.
Dr Nguyen was very professional and answered all of my questions patiently using easy to understand terms. He explained what I should look out for to determine if I need care and informed me of lifestyle changes to try and avoid needing urological care in the future. I left feeling fully informed and positive about my urological health. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful and the facilities clean, comfortable and appeared to be state of the art. Dr Nguyen and his staff have continually been pleasant. They have always made sure I understood what kind of procedure I was having and what to expect. I was in and out quickly and not made to wait long. They were all kind and respectful of my privacy. Thank you all.
