Talented physician with great bedside manner. He did my surgery on my upper femoral neck fracture in 2023. Having some bursitis affecting my ability to walk pain-free on my right leg was my recent visit. I followed his instructions and am looking forward to the next pain-free months after my steroid shot given by his referred dcotor, Evan Plunkett, MD. Both of these doctors are in the same practice. WakMed Ortho has a great team in place.
After being pinned in an auto accident and having numerous breaks to my hips, somehow he screwed my hips back together and have absolutely nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Kayak and everyone one on his team!
Dr. Kauk is a caring, compassionate physician who has taken good care of me for my hip fracture with partial replacement (‘22) and my recent humerus (upper arm) fracture. I recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Kauk is amazing, very polite, listens the concern very patiently and clarifies all doubts. My post surgery time was damn painful but I was confident and trusted that it will be taken care well and Dr kauk and his team were very supportive and caring.
