Dr. Petrolla is excellent and addresses all of your needs. I’ve been seeing him for years now for chronic pain in my back and hips receiving injections in my spine to help with the pain. He knows exactly where to inject me and talks me through the injections. His bedside manner is exemplary and his team goes above and beyond to assist my needs. I’ve had several office visits with Dr Petrolla. He patiently listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Recently I have had procedures done by Dr Petrolla for knee pain and back pain. Throughout the procedures Dr Petrolla and his staff conversed with me and made me feel comfortable. Everybody that I have encountered at that office has been kind and professional, especially Vicki and Ellen at the front desk. Kindness and patience. He even showed me his eclipse photos which were fascinating because I only saw it the next day on You-Tube
Terrible, I went to him for a back issue & he asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I went to him for a resolution to my back issues, how was I to know what he should do for me. Waste of time to see him. Would not go back there. Very unconcerned to help me. Terrible doctor.
He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Very effective pain management procedures.
