it seemed like the doc seemed more interested a nonwork conversation with his assistant than the patient laying on their bully receiving a very important injection esp when there is no ultrasound guidance..
I got a shot on my back Tuesday morning, July 2 and am 100 worse than before the shot. I can hardly walk, need a cane and my knee is buckling with almost every step. I called the office and told them what was happening and I have not heard from anyone.
He did not introduce himself, was more interested in his Fourth of July plans than explaining anything to me. My first hip injection was very painful. He entered the second hip in a different direction and was much better. I felt like he was teaching or training the other assistant who was there.It was not a pleasant visit at all.
Dr. Petrolla was very compassionate. He understood the back pain I was experiencing. He explained the back procedure I was having and made me comfortable. He has a very soft touch and is very professional.
The staff were on time and easy to understand.
Upon arrival for my visit I was seen promptly, the staff were friendly and personable. The doctor patiently explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. Only negative was the many weeks waiting for the treatment which, may be due to the high demand for thier services.
