Dr. Petrolla was very compassionate. He understood the back pain I was experiencing. He explained the back procedure I was having and made me comfortable. He has a very soft touch and is very professional.
The staff were on time and easy to understand.
Upon arrival for my visit I was seen promptly, the staff were friendly and personable. The doctor patiently explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. Only negative was the many weeks waiting for the treatment which, may be due to the high demand for thier services.
Dr. Petrolla is excellent and addresses all of your needs. I’ve been seeing him for years now for chronic pain in my back and hips receiving injections in my spine to help with the pain. He knows exactly where to inject me and talks me through the injections. His bedside manner is exemplary and his team goes above and beyond to assist my needs. I’ve had several office visits with Dr Petrolla. He patiently listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Recently I have had procedures done by Dr Petrolla for knee pain and back pain. Throughout the procedures Dr Petrolla and his staff conversed with me and made me feel comfortable. Everybody that I have encountered at that office has been kind and professional, especially Vicki and Ellen at the front desk.
