Please please don’t get involved with this office if you suffer from joint pain. No call back, cannot make an appointment (you leave a message). No call backs. Dr Swan should be ashamed and deeply embarrassed that his patient care is ruined by his staff. Truly reprehensible
Saw the Doctor one month ago. Dr. Swan said I needed physical therapy and I would get a call regarding an appointment. I have received no call. Calls to office and conversation with his assistance have yielded no results in my getting a physical therapy appointment. Poor follow thru, poor office communication. I tried. Good bye Dr. Swan
Very thorough explanations, encourages questions, pleasant friendly manner. I never felt rushed. He is a great listener. I always had plenty of time with him before and after knee replacement surgery. No detail was too small to explain to my satisfaction. Surgery was a success, I am playing tennis. At the end of my time with him I felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend.
