My daughter just started seeing Dr. Justin Aldred, this is her 1st pregnancy and he was very professional and made everything clear and helped her understand everything she needed to know on her cell ming months til delivery. The waiting room was very clean and the rooms were very clean. We had a very great experience with him and his nurses.
I have serval many woman in my family who see doctors in this practice, and loved them! My mum sees Dr. MacKenzie and my sister had three wonderful boys with Dr. Taylor. However, the practice as a whole has one doctor that both myself and several pregnant woman I know have had major issues with. Dr. Aldred has shown himself to be uncaring, and completely inappropriate in his willingness to care for his patients. I would advise anyone becoming a new patient to check up on who you see. Went for an annual exam scheduled at 2:40pm, only to get put in exam room at 3:50pm. Was told once I was in room, he was “downstairs in labor”. Never was told before hand after waiting SO LONG that it was a delay. Could have easily been communicated better or asked before arrival if we could reschedule. Staff was not friendly and also only offered me to see a “practitioner”. Will NEVER be back. If you want to spend your whole day for an appointment here, be my guest.
Very Professional,Nice and Caring. Takes great care of his patients as well as the family. You can tell that you are more than just a number.
