No time for patients
I made multiple calls to Dr Kalmin’s office to find out the results of a colonoscopy that he performed on me two months ago and still have not received a response. I finally found a letter on the patient portal indicating the presence of pre-cancerous cells; again I called Dr Kalmin’s office and still have not received a return call.During my last office visit Dr Kalmin sent a prescription to the pharmacy. Dr Kalmin is a great listener and was very knowledgeable about the condition of my problem.He is professional and friendly.You can trust him with his expertise and I feel that he is very helpful.You will be on good hands.
I have seen Dr. Creel for reflux issues and colonoscopies. Recently he referred me to a surgeon for my gallbladder. He explained in very kind and patient detail why I need surgery. He openly answers questions with detailed explanations and takes time with each person.I appreciate having Dr. Creel for my doctor. I wish more doctors shared his kindness.
My husband has been treated by Dr Kalmin since May 2025. He has had a total of three visits with Dr Kalmin. His diagnosis is Stage four Liver Disease. After the last visit, there were several tests and labs that Dr Kalmin said to schedule. We are very frustrated as he has left four messages in the last 10 days and not one has been returned. Dr. Okoro is knowledgeable, professional and beautiful. She listens to your health concerns and gives great advise. Some of us are hardheaded but she eventually brings you around to the correct eating lifestyle. Her recommended treatments are on point. I think she is great.
I'm trying to figure out a way to give a lower rating than 1 star.I had a colonoscopy performed over a month ago and upon completion, he spent less than 10 seconds with me. He provided no updates and didn't even say when I should have my next procedure.
