I really pay attention to my patients. I’m really interested in what their goals are, and I try to be very honest whether it’s achievable, or how close we can get to what they want. I’m very direct, and I try to make my patients comfortable by educating them the best I can. The more involved they are in the process, and the more engaged they are, the happier they will be with the results.

Dr. Chen has a terrible bedside manner. She is mean and condescending. She botched my reconstruction revision surgery and has made matters worse. Not only does she say one thing, and do another, she blamed me as the patient for her errors.
Dr. Chen is cold and unfriendly. I felt like I was a bother to her. She spent about 10 minutes with me and was ready to book a surgery for me. I felt like a payday and not a patient. I was also asked to come into the office a day or so before my appointment, so with trying to accommodate I had to bring my 4 year old (who sat quietly playing on my phone), yet she made a comment about how I brought my child to the appointment. I was offended because I moved my schedule to accommodate hers.
