The doctor is among the best I've seen. Very professional & knowledgable. Didn't talk over my head. Explained everything so I could best understand my condition. The staff is very friendly. Betsy & Cynthia in the Boynton office are great!

Awesome doctor!!! Suffered with foot pain for a long time. He explained what was wrong with me and made the modifications I needed to get rid of the pain. I was so happy to find Dr. Ortiz. I started seeing him 2 months ago and he now treats most of my family.
Originally I tried to get in with one of his partners but luckily for me I ended up seeing Dr. Ortiz, he is an amazing doctor. He immediately knew what was wrong with my foot...and fixed it. Since then he has helped me with a few other issues, he is awesome. Oh, and by the way, just do what he says; he recommended a bone stimulator for my foot, I said, "let's wait and see how it feels in a month"---5 days later I am calling him to get the bone stimulator.
Really knows his stuff! Had a couple students with him that hung on his every word. I've seen several doctors & none could explain my condition in the way he did. I've always been hesitant to have surgery for my CMT, but if the bracing doesn't work, I trust Dr. Ortiz to fix my feet.
I suffered from arthritis of my foot for many years. I was told by several podiatrist that my condition would require braces or inserts, but that there was no surgical cure. By a stroke of luck, I ended up in Dr. Ortiz West Palm Beach office. Not only was he able to do something to help me feel better right away, he was also able to ultimately resolve me problem with a surgical procedure. The entire process was smooth. I was referred to Dr. Ortiz by two friends that he had operated and who raved about him. I'm so glad I went to see him! What a great doctor!!! He truly cares about his patients. I had seen over 10 doctors and none could figure out what was wrong with my right foot. They all wanted to give me injections or try different contraptions that would cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket (cause my insurance didn't pay for their non-FDA approved treatments).
